Review
Alexander Hero is a ghost-hunter. He specialises in exposing fraudulent ghosts and mediums. One day, he is asked to investigate a haunting in a castle, which taxes his ingenuity to the hilt.

All a bit far-fetched to my mind. I enjoyed it, but it's not one of Gallico's best. Though I was quite amused to discover when I read this that Mrs Harris is Alexander Hero's charlady!
