This LP is the "official" Snow Goose music. It has actually been released twice, with two different covers. The original gatefold sleeve, on the left, was released in 1976; the later one, on the right, was released in 1982. According to the sleeve notes, Paul Gallico worked closely with Spike Milligan and Ed Welch on the music. He died just a month before it was recorded. Virginia Gallico, the widow of Paul Gallico, is also thanked "for her great co-operation in this project".
