Review
Back to the Poseidon. This book, published posthumously, is a sequel to the film of The Poseidon Adventure, rather than the book. It just so happens that The Poseidon was carrying a huge shipment of gold, and goodies and baddies converge on the boat. Not forgetting the grave-robbing team which steal the jewels from the bodies on the ship - oh, and the tiger. Dreadful.
Other information
This was filmed in 1979, starring Michael Caine, Sally Field and Telly Savalas. Though I haven’t seen it, it is reputed to be about as bad as The Poseidon Adventure is good.
